We dont quote without seeing a job,only estimate. If on seeing the job its bigger than initially described to us,obviously the price goes up! But if its smaller, the price comes down accordingly.We also have daily & hourly rates, which are competatively priced (all work done at hourly/daily rate is labour only-any materials used would be added to the final cost).
A lot of customers like to take us on hourly "until the job is finished"-this can be very cost effective,as we really do work fast!
